You can submit your application directly to the competent authorities responsible for the chosen profession. For many professions, you can find contact details and phrases in the Citizens and Business Service.

As an alternative, please select your profession and the place where you (want to) work in the recognition finder. This provides you with all relevant information.

Note: The Recognition Finder is a service of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training. The information contained there for Rhineland-Palatinate is maintained with great care. However, the state of Rhineland-Palatinate cannot guarantee their accuracy.

Alternatively, you can submit your application via the Point of Single Contact. He is then your procedural controller, who will provide you with information and ensure that the application is forwarded to the correct competent authority. It also supports you if you need additional services from authorities for self-employment.
