The Point of Single Contact facilitates potential start-ups and established companies from home and abroad to obtain official permits and approvals required for their domestic business operations.

It provides the necessary information and can also process a number of approval procedures for the Applicants, thus sparing them from contacting the relevant authorities by themselves (see list below).

The Point of Single Contact does not accompany any process under fiscal or building law.

In the cases in which it is involved in an administrative procedure, it also monitors the compliance with the processing deadlines.

The services of the Point of Single Contact is free-of-charge for the enquirer, irrespective of whether it is about information or support in filing the applications for approvals. However, the approval process is chargeable.
